Shell Hosts Freedom Over Texas

Lee Brice is to headline Shell’s Freedom Over Texas event, this July 4th. The event will serve as a salute to the frontline heroes of our nation. 

Even though this is the second year in a row that the in-person festival has been on hold due to COVID-19, Houston natives can enjoy the CIty’s rich tradition of music and patriotic events on a live broadcast on ABC 13, from 7 PM - 10 PM.

The firework show will be live-streamed, featuring a firework display that will reach over 800 feet in the air. If you do want to see the fireworks show in person, there are plenty of open spaces and neighborhood parks with a view of the western downtown skyline. Eleanor Tinsley Park will be open for firework viewing for individuals, friends, and families who want to park and view the show from there.
