Rosalie Italian Soul Reopening in Downtown Houston
Rosalie Italian Soul just reopened its doors after 18 months of being shut down during the pandemic. They reopened on September 15th, and are still located inside the C. Baldwin Hotel downtown.
Renowned chef, multi-state operating restaurateur, and Top Chef Masters winner Chris Cosentino opened Rosalie before the the pandemic started, in October of 2019. Though the restaurant is opening with a brand new executive chef (Jacob Coronado) and food and beverage director (David Tinsley), the menu remains largely the same. It will include favorites like Texas wild boar ragu, snapper with wild mushrooms, a pizzaiolo-style hanger steak, blue crab manicotti, their classic pepperoni pizza, and tons of great sides.
