The Kirby Group debuts its eagerly anticipated new concept, Holman Draft Hall. As the name implies, Holman offers beer and wine from its 100 taps. The selections include local and national craft beers — all of which are served at their ideal temperatures thanks to the bar’s three-zone walk-in cooler that has different areas set to 55, 45, and 32 degrees.
