City Choice Homes Sells First Home in New Palisades Park Community

Sales have started in the new City Choice Homes community of Palisades Park in Timber Grove with the first contract being signed this week!

Homes in this gated neighborhood start in the $420,000s. The community will have over 200 single-family homes at completion.

It's not surprising that the community has quickly gotten its first sale with the Houston Association of Realtors reporting that home sales in January continued at double-digit increases like we saw in 2020. There were 6,088 single-family homes sold in January, a 27.7% increase over 2020.
