Celebrate Black History Month Culture Fest at Avenida Houston

This weekend, celebrate Black History Month Culture Fest at Avenida Houston!

This two-day fest will celebrate the African American heritage with an impressive lineup of live music, poetry, dance, art, a marketplace and more. 

Everyone is invited to join Houston First Corporation (HFC) on Saturday, February 24, and Sunday, February 25 (1-5 p.m.) on the Plaza at Avenida Houston, downtown’s Convention and Entertainment District, for this free, family-friendly event.

HFC is proud to again partner with BLCK Market, KTSU 90.9 FM and The Vibe to raise awareness and showcase some of Houston’s most talented artists and local businesses offering a variety of unique products. 

Attendees can find one-of-a-kind creations in the marketplace, soak in sounds from the Main Stage area, or check out some of H-town’s hottest DJs and panel discussions in The Vibe Lounge.
